We stayed at Victoria Retreat in York for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect for exploring the city and nearby areas. The house was beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the complimentary sweets and biscuits were a delightful touch. The kids enjoyed playing with the games provided as well. The neighbors on both sides were helpful and friendly. a fantastic stay.

I found the key code box a bit difficult to open. , the side gate needed to be lifted slightly to secure it properly, which was a bit inconvenient.

My recent stay at Victoria Retreat was absolutely wonderful. The house was impeccably clean and beautifully presented, making it feel like a true home away from home. The attention to detail was evident, with thoughtful touches like a bottle of water and sweets upon arrival. The location was superb, with a quick and affordable taxi ride to York city center and attractions like the York Races. The neighbors on either side were friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. I can confidently give Victoria Retreat a 5-star rating and highly recommend it to anyone visiting York. I had a fantastic experience and would gladly return in the future.
